Our recruiting process is designed to strike an optimal balance between the individual needs of the job candidate and the needs of WEALTHINGS as a growing company.

We strive to implement the latest application, tracking, communication and other tools. In addition, we encourage the initiation of a personal dialog, so we can know each applicant better, and they can know us better.

How to Apply
First, view our current openings.

When you find an opportunity that matches your interests and skills, please click the "Apply Now" button at the bottom of the job description. This is the first step in the application process.

Please complete all the questions so that we can begin to understand your qualifications for the position(s) for which you are interested.

You must have an e-mail account, and a resumé is required to apply for a position.

Our Interview Process
A confirmation email thanking you for your application will be sent to you after you have submitted your resumé. Your application will be shared with the appropriate recruiter and should you be selected, you will be contacted regarding next steps.

If you are invited for a telephone pre-screen interview, we will contact you directly via email and you will be able to schedule the pre-screen at a time that is convenient for you via an Internet link.

Following the telephone pre-screen with the recruiter, if your background and skill sets match the position requirements, the recruiter will forward your information on to the appropriate hiring manager for review.

The hiring manager reviews all appropriate applications for the job and selects the candidates who will be invited for an interview.

If you are invited for an interview, we will contact you by telephone or email to check your availability. The hiring manager may choose to follow up with you by conducting an additional phone interview, or may wish to bring you into WEALTHINGS facility for the face-to-face interview.

Following the interviews, the hiring team evaluates all candidates against the job requirements and the hiring manager selects the best qualified candidate to do a pre-employment screen.

If your pre-employment screen is successful, the hiring manager will contact you to make a verbal offer. This will be followed by a written offer letter and Human Resources will coordinate with the hiring department to ensure a smooth on-boarding and orientation process for you.

If you are not selected to continue in the hiring process, you will be notified via email. You are encouraged to continue to apply to other positions that fit your background and experience.
